Estate & Trust Tax Preparation
We prepare Federal estate (Form 706) and gift tax (Form709) returns. We also prepare Fiduciary Income Tax Returns (Forms 1041 and D-407) for Estates and Trusts. Our extensive investment in personnel, software and research materials ensures that we can accurately and efficiently prepare these returns.
The process of Probating and Administering an estate is unfamiliar and daunting to most Executors and Administrators. Our highly knowledgable and experienced staff can assist you in performing these tasks, taking the mystery - and anxiety - out of the task. We can guide you through the process of qualifying as executor/administerator, administering the estate and keeping the necessary records. We can also assist you in the preparation of the 90 Day Inventory the Annual and Final accountings.
